To refer possibilities, sometimes certainties... to locate documents, to guide the reader, to listen to wishes, hopes, problems, sometimes decisive in administrative or personal terms... The will that may entitle to possession, the judicial proceedings by which in past times the family property may have been (un)justly divided, the statutes of any obscure entity that suddenly became crucial...

To provide/communicate the information contained in the documents in our custody is a primary function of ADP.
However, behind the simple action of asking for a document, there is a complex and diversified lot of tasks that must be carried out previously to offer a good service to the reader and citizen.
The arrangement and description of documental fonds, the transfer of supports and the automated availability of the information are some of those tasks that enable the reader to find out what he is looking for.
We at ADP consider as a priority giving the user more and better research possibilities every day, helping and leading him to meet his wishes and information needs, enlightening him about the documental universe of an archive, ways of access, discovery methods...
